Where is Pawjii data stored?

Pet profiles, care records, photos, and saved routes are stored on your device, with a local recovery backup. System device backups may also include local app data depending on your settings.

When does Pawjii use location?

Pawjii requests your current location when you open Walk. A route is recorded only after you start a walk, and an active walk may continue in the background.

Are the pet courses veterinary advice?

No. They are general beginner education, not diagnosis, treatment, emergency advice, or individualized behavior care.

How do I contact support?

Email Kurt at 931625530@qq.com. Include the device and app version and a description of the issue, but do not send sensitive care details unless needed.

Haptics feel weak or are missing

Check that your iPhone supports the required haptics and that system vibration is enabled. Raise the in-app intensity, try another rhythm and restart the app.

Why is there no sound?

NOXELLE is silent by default. Its main experience uses haptic feedback; silence alone does not indicate a fault.

Restore access or use the optional app lock

Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. The optional app lock uses Face ID or Touch ID when supported and configured on your device. Check device authentication settings if it is unavailable.

Restore a purchase or missing access

Use the app’s restore purchases option while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Check your connection and try again. Apple handles billing; email me if access is still missing.

An interaction does not display correctly

Leave the current card or chapter, return to it and try the card, scratch or dice interaction again. If the problem continues, send the steps and an optional screenshot with sensitive details removed.
