Effective: · Updated:

Agreement and scope

These terms govern your use of NOXELLE and related pages on Kurt’s personal website. NOXELLE is provided by Kurt, an Independent Developer & Creator. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

Local records and settings

NOXELLE stores haptic settings, experience choices, purchase access, and optional app-lock preferences on your device. The optional lock uses Face ID or Touch ID through Apple’s system authentication and does not give Kurt biometric templates.

General guidance and safe use

NOXELLE is a personal haptic and vibration experience, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency service. Use it only where safe and stop immediately if you experience pain, numbness, dizziness, discomfort, or any other concerning effect.

Paid features and content

The purchase screen identifies any NOXELLE features or content currently offered for purchase. Availability may vary by App Store storefront, device, and app version.

In-app purchases and billing

Available in-app products, localized prices, and purchase conditions are shown by the App Store at purchase time. Apple handles payment, billing records, refund channels, and the App Store purchase process under its rules. Restore access with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Kurt does not receive your payment-card details.

Your content and sharing

You are responsible for the settings and rhythms you choose, for using the app safely, and for deciding whether to share screenshots or support information. Review shared material and remove sensitive details.

Third-party services

NOXELLE relies on Apple services for app distribution, purchases, restoration, device features, and system permissions. The website is hosted by GitHub Pages, and support email depends on email providers. Availability can vary with device settings, system state, network access, region, and provider terms.

License and statutory rights

NOXELLE is licensed, not sold, under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless a different applicable agreement is presented. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and availability

NOXELLE may change, pause, or remove features and may update these terms. The latest effective and updated dates appear on this page. Product descriptions and release timing are not guarantees beyond rights provided by applicable law.
