Scope and contact

This policy covers After Nine, developed by Kurt, and related support and website use. Contact: 931625530@qq.com.

At a glance

No account is required. Core app use does not collect personal information for Kurt. Experience data stays on your device. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.

App data and device capabilities

Local settings and experience choices are not uploaded to a server controlled by Kurt.

After Nine processes and stores the two names and gender selections you enter, custom cards and decks, custom rhythms, settings, chapter and journey progress, and dice choices only on your device. This information is not sent to Kurt. It is a Lifestyle tool for two, with cards, scratch interactions and dice.

In-app purchases and Apple

Apple processes purchases and billing through the App Store. The app uses Apple StoreKit product, transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock or restore purchases. Kurt does not receive bank card numbers or full billing details. Purchase processing requires Apple services and is not entirely offline. Kurt does not operate a payment or receipt-processing server.

When you contact support

If you email me, you choose to provide your email address, description and any attachments. I use them to answer your request and handle necessary follow-up. Please avoid sending sensitive information.

Website, language preference and links

GitHub Pages hosts this website and may process access logs such as IP addresses, device information and request times. This site adds no analytics scripts. If you choose a language, the preference is saved only in your browser; clearing site data removes it. External links lead to services with their own policies.

Sharing, sale and tracking

I do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app or cross-site tracking. Information you send for support may be handled by the email service needed to reply, or disclosed where required by applicable law. There is no core app data collection to share.

Storage, deletion and security

You control local app data through the app and device settings. Removing the app’s local data does not necessarily erase device or cloud backups, Apple purchase records or support emails. Manage backups through your device and backup provider. I keep support correspondence only as needed for the request, necessary follow-up or legal obligations, and use reasonable safeguards; no system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information you provided, or to make a complaint to a relevant authority. Email me about support correspondence. I cannot access or remotely delete app data stored only on your device; Apple and hosting providers handle their own records.

Children and age suitability

These apps are not directed at children. Follow each app’s current App Store age rating and local age requirements. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support, contact me so I can address it.

Updates and language versions

The initial effective date is 2026-09-01. The update date above identifies this shared policy version. English is the common editorial source; translated versions share the same facts and dates. This does not limit mandatory rights under local law. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Questions can be sent to 931625530@qq.com.
