Terms for using the Pawjii app and website.

Agreement and scope
These terms govern use of the Pawjii app and Pawjii website. Pawjii is provided by Kurt, an Independent Developer & Creator. By using Pawjii, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
Your care records
Pawjii helps you organize personal pet-care records and plans. You are responsible for checking entries, reminders, permissions, and actual care arrangements, and for keeping exported copies you need.
General guidance only
Website lessons and in-app tips offer general educational and recordkeeping information. They are not diagnosis, treatment, emergency advice, or individualized veterinary or behavior care. Stop an exercise if an animal shows fear, pain, or aggression, protect people and animals, and contact an appropriate veterinarian or qualified reward-based behavior professional.
Pawjii Plus
The purchase screen identifies features currently available with Plus. Website courses are free to read; app courses and learning-progress features are planned and are not represented as currently included in Plus.
Subscriptions and billing
Available products, localized prices, subscription periods, and eligible offers are supplied through the App Store. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue for the selected period unless cancelled in App Store account settings. Apple handles payment, cancellation, and refund processes under its rules.
Your content and exports
You retain your rights in information and photos you add. You are responsible for having permission to use and share that material and for reviewing exported files before sharing them.
Third-party services
Location, maps, photos, notifications, purchases, website hosting, email, and exported-file destinations depend on Apple or other providers. Availability and results can vary with device permissions, system state, network access, and provider terms.
License and statutory rights
The app is licensed, not sold, under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless a different applicable agreement is presented. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and availability
Pawjii may change, pause, or remove features and may update these terms. Planned features and release timing are not guarantees. The latest updated date appears with the terms.
